wrestling promotion in the world is WWE, holding over 300 events a year, and
broadcasting to about 36 million viewers in more than 150 countries.
In 2002,
WWE decided to create two separate rosters, each appearing on one of their main
programs, Raw and SmackDown! In 2016, WWE announced the re-launch of the brand extension.
